Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a produção estéreo-seletiva de pentostatina compreendendo uma reação de transglicosilação enzimática entre 6,7-dihidroimidazo-[4,5-d]-[1,3]diazepin-8(3h)-ona e uma 2'-desoxirribonucleósido, seguido de uma hidrogenação de transferência assimétrica catalisada por ruténio.
