Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método de modificação de sequências de codificação que codificam proteínas não vegetais, que compreende as etapas de otimização da mencionada sequência de codificação por meio de substituição de códons, de forma a obter uma sequência de codificação otimizada que codifica a mencionada proteína não vegetal; e reintrodução de pelo menos uma sequência de motivos de poliadenilação do tipo selvagem na sua posição na mencionada sequência genética otimizada.
