Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um tubo de conexão (11, 31, 41) para conexão de duas ligações articuladas (12, 34, 35) de uma biela de guia (10, 30) ou de uma barra de direção. de acordo com a invenção, o tubo (11, 31, 41) está reforçado, em áreas, por pelo menos uma seção de tubo (13, 39, 40) conectada por conexão friccional com o tubo (11, 31, 41), sendo que a seção de tubo (13, 39, 40) encosta-se com sua parede externa (14) ou com sua parede interna, em superfície completa, em uma parede (24) do tubo (11, 31, 41), sob formação de uma conexão prensada. a invenção refere-se, ainda, a uma biela (10, 30) ou barra de direção, que apresenta um tubo de conexão (11, 31, 41), sendo que as seções terminais (19, 32, 33) do tubo (11, 31) recebem, em cada caso, partes de ligações articuladas (12, 34, 35). além disso, é proposto um processo para produção de um tubo (11, 31, 41) ou de uma biela (10, 30) ou barra de direção, sendo que, primeiramente, um tubo semiacabado da seção (13, 39, 40) é posicionado dentro de um tubo semiacabado do tubo (11, 31, 41) e, subsequentemente, os dois tubos semiacabados são alargados com uma sobremedida dentro da seção de conexão (16, 42) por um mandril (44), que se move na direção axial em comum dos dois tubos semiacabados.
