Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um creme condensado adoçado que compreende: a) um hidrocoloide que compreende carboximetilcelulose não coprocessada; b) um emulsificador; c) uma proteína; d) uma gordura; e) um adoçante; f) opcionalmente, um dispersante; e g) água. o uso de carboximetilcelulose não coprocessada como toda ou como uma porção do componente de hidrocoloide fornece estabilidade em armazenamento inesperadamente desejável caracterizado pelo fato de que o mesmo reduz, desejavelmente, o aumento de viscosidade durante o armazenamento, em relação ao que é observado em formulações convencionais de cremes condensados adoçados que compreendem apenas carboximetilcelulose coprocessada.
