Abstract
a invenção refere-se às cepas de trichoderma reesei cuja capacidade de indução dos promotores dos genes da celulase é alterada. a expressão da celulase por essas cepas de t. reesei é induzida pela presença de um substrato indutor, o qual exerce pouco ou nenhum efeito indutor sobre uma cepa de t. reesei não modificada, mantendo a capacidade de indução das celulases pelo seu substrato indutor.
