Abstract

a invenção refere-se a uma máquina de estereolitografia (1) compreendendo: ? um recipiente (2) para uma substância fluida (15) adequada para ser solidificada através da exposição à radiação predefinida (3a); ? uma fonte de laser (3) apta para emitir um feixe da dita radiação predefinida (3a); ? uma unidade óptica de varredura de vetor (4) configurada para realizar uma varredura de vetor de uma superfície de referência (5) arranjada dentro do dito recipiente (2) de acordo com uma imagem de dados de vetor desejada por meio da dita radiação predefinida; ? uma memória para armazenar a dita imagem de dados de vetor representativa de uma imagem a ser varrida na dita superfície de referência; ? uma unidade de controle lógico (6) configurada para controlar a dita unidade óptica de varredura de vetor (4) e/ou a dita fonte de laser (3) de tal maneira a expor uma porção predefinida da dita superfície de referência (5) à dita radiação (3a) de acordo com a dita imagem de dados de vetor; em que a dita unidade óptica de varredura de vetor (4) compreende um primeiro e um segundo sistemas micro-optoeletromecânicos (moems) (7, 8) arranjados em série um após o outro com relação ao trajeto de deslocamento da dita radiação predefinida, cada sistema moems compreendendo: ? um espelho (9) tendo um diâmetro compreendido entre cerca de 2 mm e cerca de 8 mm associado com uma estrutura de suporte (10) através de meios de articulação (11) configurados de modo a definir para o dito espelho (9) um eixo de rotação (x1, x2); ? um atuador (12) adequado para mover o dito espelho (9) em torno do dito eixo de rotação (x1, x2) de uma maneira quase estática a uma velocidade angular de modo que uma velocidade de marcação correspondente do dito feixe de laser na dita superfície de referência (5) está compreendida entre cerca de 0,5 m/s e cerca de 3 m/s quando a dita fonte de laser (3) está emitindo a dita radiação predeterminada (3a) durante a dita varredura de vetor; e em que ? o eixo de rotação (x1) do espelho (9) do primeiro sistema moems (7) é incidente ao eixo de rotação (x2) do espelho (9) do segundo sistema moems (8).
