Abstract
o método para fabricar uma agulha cirúrgica produzida de um fio feito de uma liga hiperelástica ou superelástica incluindo uma base de níquel (ni) e titânio (ti) consiste em: realizar uma moldagem a frio ou uma moldagem à temperatura ambiente do perfil curvo da agulha num suporte apropriado; submeter a agulha em seu suporte a um tratamento térmico a fim de memorizar a geometria de perfil curvo imposta; limpar a agulha por meio de uma decapagem química do tipo eletroquímico ou de polimento eletrolítico ou por meio de uma solução química a fim de remover a camada de óxido depositada na referida agulha durante seu tratamento térmico.
