Abstract
sistemas de prensagem para a fabricação de componentes estruturais formados a quente podem ser fornecidos. os sistemas compreendem um corpo inferior fixo, um corpo superior móvel e um mecanismo configurado para fornecer progressão de prensagem para cima e para baixo do corpo superior móvel em relação ao corpo inferior fixo. o sistema compreende ainda uma ferramenta de resfriamento/aquecimento configurada para resfriar e/ou aquecer um bloco bruto previamente aquecido tendo propriedades mecânicas e microestruturas localmente diferentes que compreende: matrizes de acoplamento superior e inferior, e matrizes superior e inferior que compreendem dois ou mais blocos de matriz adaptados para operarem em diferentes temperaturas correspondentes às zonas do bloco bruto tendo propriedades mecânicas e microestruturas localmente diferentes, e uma ferramenta de prensagem configurada para estirar o bloco bruto, em que a ferramenta de prensagem está disposta à jusante da ferramenta de resfriamento/aquecimento. além disso, métodos para a formação a quente de componentes estruturais também são fornecidos.
