Abstract
monitoramento e controle de processo com o uso de constatação de condição de produto sem fio de múltiplos pontos sem bateria trata-se de uma disposição para monitor amen to de um processo de fabricação asséptico que inclui sensores de condição do produto com capacidade para realizar medições rigorosamente espaçadas de uma condição do produto, como temperatura ou umidade. as medições são realizadas com o uso de sensores espaçados de forma precisa dispostos em uma matriz linear em uma única sonda, que pode ser usada para realizar medições em múltiplos níveis no interior do produto. os dados dos sensores são transmitidos para um ponto de coleta de dados por meio de comunicações digitais sem fio de curto alcance. os sensores podem ser usados para medir temperatura e umidade em um único ponto. por exemplo, quando os sensores são usados em secagem farmacêutica por congelamento, a localização de uma frente de sublimação pode ser calculada para cada frasco, e o processo de secagem por congelamento pode ser controlado com o uso dos dados.
