Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de encapsulação de uma vidraça de policarbonato comportando sobre pelo menos uma de suas faces um revestimento duro anti-abrasão à base de silicone, o referido processo compreendendo as seguintes etapas sucessivas; (a) o tratamento de uma zona da face da vidraça portando o revestimento duro à base de silicone por plasma atmosférico com um bico a plasma, a distância entre a extremidade do bico a plasma e a superfície da vidraça sendo, no máximo, igual a 7 mm, (b) a aplicação sobre a referida zona tratada por plasma atmosférico de uma composição de primeira-demão compreendendo um ou vários promotores de adesão selecionados entre os diisocianatos, poliisocianatos e poliolefinas cloradas, em solução ou suspensão em um solvente orgânico ou aquoso, (c) a evaporação do solvente de modo a formar uma camada de primeira-demão seca, e (d) a sobremoldagem de um polímero termoplástico sobre a zona coberta pela camada de primeira-demão seca.
