Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a composições e métodos para o tratamento da hipertensão pulmonar utilizando terapia combinada. a terapia combinada compreende um composto que aumenta a sinalização de bmpr2 (ativador de bmpr2) em combinação com pelo menos outro agente para o tratamento de hipertensão pulmonar. em certos aspectos, o ativador de bmpr2 pode ser tacrolimus ou um solvato, sal ou pró-fármaco do mesmo farmaceuticamente aceitável.
