Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um método de fabricar um estator de uma máquina de ímã permanente de fluxo axial, a máquina tendo um estator que compreende um alojamento definindo uma câmara compreendendo um conjunto de bobinas enroladas em barras de estator respectivas e dispostas circunferencialmente em intervalos em torno de um eixo da máquina, e um rotor suportando um conjunto de ímãs permanentes e montado para rotação em torno do eixo, em que rotor e estator são espaçados ao longo do eixo para definir um espaço entre os mesmos em que o fluxo magnético na máquina é em geral em direção axial, o método compreendendo: fornecer primeira e segunda paredes radiais para o alojamento de estator; fornecer paredes laterais interna e externa, em geral cilíndricas, para o alojamento de estator; montar primeira e segunda paredes radiais e laterais interna e externa em torno do conjunto de bobinas para formar uma montagem de estator que ainda compreende: fornecer um ou mais elementos desmontáveis entre as paredes laterais e uma ou ambas as primeira e segunda paredes radiais; e fixar as paredes laterais nas primeira e segunda paredes radiais, compreendendo: controlar um ou ambos de um espaçamento e um grau de paralelismo das primeira e segunda paredes radiais controlando o colapso dos um ou mais elementos desmontáveis.
