a invenção se refere a um elemento injetor de luz (20) que compreende um corpo (21) que se estende de acordo com um eixo geométrico longitudinal (22), e uma fonte de luz (23) colocada voltada para uma extremidade (25) do corpo (21), em que a fonte de luz (23) compreende uma pluralidade de díodos laser de emissão superficial em cavidade vertical (vcsel), sendo que a dita pluralidade de díodos está disposta de modo a formar uma superfície de emissão (26) substancialmente perpendicular ao eixo geométrico longitudinal (22) do corpo (21). a invenção também se refere a um fotobiorreator (10) que compreende tal elemento injetor de luz (20).
