Abstract

Изобретение относится к осветительному устройству (20), содержащему удлиненный полый корпус (21), имеющий продольную ось (22), и источник (23) оптического излучения, установленный у конца (25) корпуса (21) и обращенный к нему. Данный источник (23) содержит множество поверхностно-излучающих лазерных диодов с вертикальным резонатором (VCSEL диодов), установленных так, чтобы сформировать излучающую поверхность (26), по существу, перпендикулярную продольной оси (22) корпуса (21). Изобретение относится также к фотобиореактору (10), содержащему такое осветительное устройство (20).
