Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um método de fixação de um segundo objeto (2) em um primeiro objeto (1), que compreende as etapas de: - fornecer o primeiro objeto (1), o primeiro objeto (1) compreendendo um material termoplástico liqueficável em um estado sólido; - fornecer o segundo objeto (2), o segundo objeto (2) compreendendo uma parte superficial que tem uma estrutura de acoplamento (4, 5) com um corte inferior (5), com o que o segundo objeto (2) é capaz de produzir uma conexão de encaixe positivo com o primeiro objeto (1); - comprimir o segundo objeto (2) no primeiro objeto (1) por uma ferramenta (7), que fica em contato físico com uma estrutura em acoplamento (6) do segundo objeto (2), enquanto que vibrações mecânicas são acopladas à ferramenta (7); - continuar a etapa de compressão e acoplamento de vibrações na ferramenta (7), até que uma parte fluida do material termoplástico do primeiro objeto (1) seja liquefeita e escoe para as estruturas de acoplamento do segundo objeto (2); e - deixar o material termoplástico do primeiro objeto (1) ressolidificar, para produzir uma conexão de encaixe positivo entre os primeiro (1) e segundo (2) objetos pela parte fluida liquefeita e ressolidificada interpenetrando entre as estruturas de acoplamento (4, 5).
