Abstract
a presente invenção se refere a uma composição vedante curável que compreende amplamente um vedante reutilizável, expansível, reativo e iniciador de radical livre, o dito vedante reutilizável, expansível, reativo compreende monômero(s) monofuncional(s), monômero(s) multifuncional(s), polímero reativo, tais como copolímero em bloco estirênico insaturado e componentes opcionais. o monômero monofuncional é um derivado de éster vinílico de ácido versático com átomos de carbono c9-c12 ou monoacrilato, monometacrilato, monoacrilamida ou monometacrilamida. os monômeros multifuncionais são monômeros di, tri, tetra e/ou pentafuncionais com funcionalidade de vinila, acrilato, metacrilato, acrilamida ou metacrilamida, tais como diacrilato de triciclodecano dimetanol, trimetilacrilato de trimetilolpropano, dimetacrilato de 1,3-butileno glicol ou uma mistura dos mesmos. o polímero insaturado reativo é um copolímero em bloco estirênico, tais como sbs, sis, s-i/b-s, i-sebs-i e misturas de dois ou mais dos mesmos. o aditivo expansível é selecionado de copolímeros em bloco saturados, tais como sebs, seps, seeps e i-sebs-i ou uma mistura dos mesmos. iniciadores de radical livre são preferivelmente peróxidos, embora outros sejam aceitáveis.
