Abstract
nesse método para produção de uma chapa metálica com uma aresta saliente, uma chapa metálica tendo uma pluralidade de arestas salientes formadas ao longo da direção de laminação em uma superfície superior e em uma superfície inferior é produzida usando-se um laminador que é fornecido com uma cadeira de laminação. o mencionado método de produção inclui uma etapa de preparação, uma etapa de incorporação, e uma etapa de moldagem. na etapa de preparação, é preparado um cilindro com ranhuras, o mencionado cilindro sendo fornecido com uma pluralidade de ranhuras na superfície periférica externa. na etapa de incorporação, o cilindro com ranhuras é incorporado como cilindro superior e cilindro inferior de uma cadeira de laminação. na etapa de moldagem, um material a ser laminado é laminado usando-se o laminador, e é moldada uma chapa metálica na qual as arestas salientes são formadas de modo a corresponder às ranhuras do cilindro com ranhuras.
