Abstract

trata-se de um rolo de forno que sustenta e transporta uma chapa de aço em uma fornalha de recozimento contínuo, em que: a totalidade de uma parte de eixo e um corpo principal de rolo é constituída por um material de cerâmica, mais especificamente, a parte de eixo e um corpo principal de rolo são constituídos por camadas de cerâmica que são formadas de diferentes tipos de material de cerâmica e que têm um formato circular concêntrico com o centro do mesmo sendo o eixo de rotação do rolo; e o rolo de forno não apenas se destaca em resistência de absorção, mas também tem uma vida útil de rolo longa e durante um período de tempo longo não exige manutenção. também é fornecido um aparato de recozimento contínuo que usa o rolo de forno em pelo menos uma dentre uma zona de aquecimento, uma zona de imersão e uma zona de resfriamento.
