Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de bombeamento para gerar um vácuo (sp) compreendendo uma bomba de vácuo principal que é uma bomba de parafuso seca (3) tendo uma entrada de sucção de gás (2) conectada a uma câmara de vácuo (1) e uma saída de descarga de gás (4) levando para dentro de um conduite de evacuação de gás (5) na direção de uma saída de escapamento de gás (8) no exterior do sistema de bombeamento. o sistema de bombeamento compreende uma válvula de não retorno (6) posicionada entre a saída de descarga de gás (4) e a saída de escapamento de gás (8), e uma bomba de vácuo auxiliar (7) conectada em paralelo à válvula de não retorno. em um método de bombeamento por meio deste sistema de bombeamento (sp), a bomba de vácuo principal (3) é iniciada a fim de bombear os gases contidos na câmara de vácuo (1) e descarregar estes gases através de sua saída de descarga de gás (4), simultaneamente para que a bomba de vácuo auxiliar (7) seja iniciada. ainda, a bomba de vácuo auxiliar (7) continua a bombear ao mesmo tempo em que a bomba de vácuo principal (3) bombeia os gases contidos na câmara de vácuo (1) e/ou ao mesmo em que a bomba de vácuo principal (3) mantém uma pressão definida na câmara de vácuo (1).
