Abstract
composição de fibra de vidro, fibra de vidro e material compósito a partir dela. a presente invenção proporciona uma composição de fibra de vidro, fibra de vidro e material dela compósito. a composição de fibra de vidro compreende os seguintes componentes expressos em percentual em peso: 56-64% sio2, 12-18% a12o3, 0,1-4% na2o, 0,1-1% k2o, 0,1-1% fe2o3, 0,05-1% li2o+bi2o3, 19=25% cao+mgo+sro, 0,1-1,5% tio2 e 0-1% ceo2, em que uma razão percentual em peso cl = li2o/bi2o3 é superior a 1, e uma razão percentual em peso c2 = (mgo + sro) / cao é de 0,4-1; e a razão percentual em peso c3 = mgo / (mgo + sro) é maior que 0,7. a referida composição a quantidade de bolhas, viscosidade e risco de cristalização do vidro, e tornando-o assim mais adequado para a produção em larga escala com fornos com revestimento refratário.
