Abstract

a invenção se refere a um método para o enchimento de uma pá mecânica (2) de material bruto (14), a referida pá mecânica sendo suspensa por cabos de suporte (12), erguida e abaixada por um guindaste (1) através de um controlador 917), e agindo sobre o material bruto (14) com o peso da pá mecânica durante o processo de fechamento e de enchimento. por meio da redução do efeito do peso da pá mecânica (2) sobre o material bruto 914), um grau de enchimento da pá mecânica (2) é influenciado através do controlador (17) pelo qual uma força de tensão agindo sobre os cabos de suporte (12) é influenciada. o objetivo da invenção é o de proporcionar um método para a otimização do enchimento da pá mecânica. isto é conseguido pelo fator que um valor de força de tensão alvo (fsoll) é determinado para os cabos de suporte (12) através do controlador (17); o valor de força de tensão alvo (fsoll) é externado para um controlador de tensão (18) como uma variável de entrada; um motor elétrico (19) para erguer e para abaixar a pá mecânica (2) é controlado por meio do controlador da força de tensão (18); e um valor de força de tensão real (fist) dos cabos de suporte (12) é alimentado para o controlador de força de tensão (18) como uma variável de entrada.
