é provido um dispositivo de acionamento da carga elétrica incluindo uma smps (fonte de alimentação de modo de comutação). o dispositivo de acionamento da carga elétrica compreende uma unidade de retificação configurada para retificar uma corrente em um caminho de saída da smps; uma unidade de limitação de corrente configurada para limitar a corrente de saída da unidade de retificação a um valor igual ou menor que uma magnitude predeterminada; uma unidade de amortecimento configurada para fornecer energia para uma carga pelo amortecimento de uma corrente de saída da unidade de limitação de corrente; e uma unidade de prevenção de flutuação configurada para ser instalada entre um terminal de saída da unidade de retificação e um terminal de entrada da unidade de limitação de corrente e para prevenir a flutuação de uma saída da unidade de retificação quando a unidade de limitação de corrente é interrompida.
