Abstract
a presente invenção trata de uma composição que consiste em uma mistura de um ou mais óxidos metálicos de fórmula mxoyui, na qual m é um átomo metálico escolhido entre o ferro, o alumínio, o titânio, o manganês, o zinco, o cobre, o zircônio, o níquel e o chumbo, o é um átomo de oxigênio, e u é uma impureza, em que x, y, i são frações molares compreendidas entre 0 e 1 com x+y>80%, e a referida composição está em forma de um bloco compacto de forma tridimensional que possui uma densidade aparente superior ou igual a 2, uma porosidade aparente compreendida entre 3% e 40%, e uma resistência à ruptura diametral superior ou igual a 250 kpa. a presente invenção trata igualmente de um processo de fabricação de um bloco compacto à base de um ou mais óxidos metálicos.
