Abstract
cepa recombinante produtora de o-aminobenzoato e produção fermentativa de anilina a partir de recursos renováveis via ácido 2-aminobenzoico a invenção proporciona uma célula hospedeira microbiana recombinante capaz de converter, biologicamente, uma matéria-prima compreendendo um substrato de carbono fermentável em o-aminobenzoato (oab). a invenção proporciona ainda um método para a produção de anilina, compreendendo as etapas de: a) produção de o-aminobenzoato por fermentação de uma matéria-prima compreendendo, pelo menos, um substrato de carbono fermentável utilizando a célula hospedeira microbiana recombinante, capaz de converter biologicamente a dita matéria-prima compreendendo, pelo menos, um substrato de carbono fermentável em o-aminobenzoato, em que o dito o-aminobenzoato compreende o ânion antranilato, b) conversão do dito o-aminobenzoato a partir do dito ânion antranilato em ácido antranílico por protonação ácida, c) recuperação do dito ácido antranílico por precipitação ou por dissolução em um solvente orgânico e d) conversão do dito ácido antranílico em anilina por descarboxilação térmica em um solvente orgânico.
