Abstract
SISTEMA DE REDUÇÃO CATALÍTICA SELETIVA, E, MÉTODO PARA REDUZIR A QUANTIDADE DE ÓXIDOS DE NITROGÊNIO FORMADOS NO ESCAPE DE UM MOTOR Um sistema de redução catalítica seletiva (SCR) compreende um reator de SCR (3), compreendendo pelo menos um catalisador de SCR e está em comunicação com o sistema de fluxo de entrada (1) e o módulo de vaporizador, um sistema de fluxo de entrada (1), compreendendo uma ou mais entradas para gases de escape de um motor, em que o fluxo de gases através de pelo menos um duto de escoamento (11, 12) é localizado ao longo do reator de SCR (3) e provê calor para o módulo de vaporizador e é introduzido no reator de SCR após a introdução de uma corrente de gás carregada de amônia e depois passando através de uma pluralidade de placas defletoras para prover um perfil de concentração de gás uniforme através da seção transversal do reator de SCR (3), e um módulo de vaporizador, compreendendo um meio para introduzir ureia em um pré-reator aquecido no qual é pelo menos parcialmente decomposta e antes da introdução da corrente de gás de escape para o reator de SCR (3).
