Abstract

APARELHO DE IMPULSÃO E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DO APARELHO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para dirigir que compreende um estator (21), um rotor (22) e um conector de deformação (23).O rotor é conectado ao estator através do conector de deformação. Uma força de impulsão externa impele o conector de deformação para que tenha uma deformação de modo que o rotor mude a sua posição com respeito ao estator. Sob a condição que nenhuma força de impulsão externa é aplicada, o conector de deformação permanece em uma posição equilibrada da força (x0). A força no conector de deformação compreende uma força de deformação (F1) do conector de deformação e uma primeira força primitiva (F2) na direção oposta à força de deformação (F1). Também é provido um método de fabricação do aparelho. Devido ao fato que o conector de deformação mantém o equilíbrio sob o efeito da força de deformação e da primeira força primitiva, uma pequena força de impulsão externa é requerida quando o aparelho de impulsão opera perto do ponto de equilíbrio, por este meio reduzindo o consumo de energia.
