MÉTODO PARA PREPARAR UM PRODUTO LÁCTEO TENDO TEOR ESTÁVEL DE GALACTO-OLIGOSSACARÍDEO(S). A presente invenção descreve um processo para geração in situ estáveis em diferentes produtos lácteos através do uso de uma (Beta)-galactosidase de transgalactosilação.
