Abstract

VARIANTES DE ENDOGLUCANASES COM ATIVIDADES MELHORADAS, E, USOS DAS MESMAS. A presente invenção se refere à expressão e à otimização de enzimas envolvidas na degradação de biomassa de lignocelulose. A presente invenção se refere mais especificamente a variantes de endoglucanase II de Trichoderma reesei, e ao uso das referidas variantes com desempenho melhorado em métodos para degradação de celulose e produção de biocombustível.
