Abstract

MICRORGANISMOS PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE O-SUCCINIL-HOMOSSERINA E MÉTODO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE O-SUCCINIL-HOMOSSERINA UTILIZANDO OS MESMOS. A presente invenção se refere a um polipeptídeo que é resistente à inibição por feedback por metionina e tem uma atividade da homosserina O-succiniltransferase, um microrganismo para a produção de O-succinil-homosserina que expressa o polipeptídeo e um método para produzir O-succinil-homosserina utilizando o mesmo.
