Abstract

trata-se de um dispositivo de liberação para liberar a biomassa pré-tratada de um reator pressurizado. o dispositivo compreende: - um recipiente que tem uma abertura para uma região de alta pressão no topo e é configurado para ser conectado a um dispositivo de pré-tratamento de biomassa pressurizada; - uma ou mais aberturas de entrada situadas ao longo dos lados dos recipientes através das quais água ou líquido pode ser adicionado; - um orifício ou válvula em uma parte inferior do dito recipiente, sendo que o dito orifício ou válvula é configurado para ejetar biomassa pré-tratada, opcionalmente em uma tubulação. o dispositivo de liberação é distinguido por compreender meio de agitação mecânica, sendo que o dito meio de agitação compreende um elemento de agitação disposto no interior do dito recipiente em uma parte inferior do dito recipiente e é configurado para fornecer agitação do conteúdo do recipiente, em que o dito meio de agitação é adaptado para resistir a uma pressão no interior de um dito recipiente de 1 mpa (10 bar) ou mais. o meio de agitação fornece uma igualização de temperatura dentro de uma faixa vertical específica de alturas de uma pasta fluida aquosa presente no dito recipiente, eliminando, desse modo, as desvantagens dos dispositivos e métodos da técnica anterior.
