Abstract
MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA VIDRAÇA COM UM REVESTIMENTO ELETRICAMENTE CONDUTOR COM DEFEITOS ELETRICAMENTE ISOLADOS, VIDRAÇA COM UM REVESTIMENTO ELETRICAMENTE CONDUTOR E USO DE UMA VIDRAÇA. A presente invenção diz respeito a um método para produzir uma vidraça com um revestimento eletricamente condutor, compreendendo pelo menos: - aplicar um revestimento eletricamente condutor (2) em um substrato (1), - identificar defeitos (3) do revestimento (2), - focar a radiação (5) de um laser (4) com um perfil de feixe anular (P) no revestimento (2), em que o perfil de feixe anular (P) circunda o defeito (3), e - produzir uma região anular desrevestida (8) remo vendo simultaneamente o revestimento (2) na região do perfil do feixe (P).
