Abstract
PROCESSO PARA REVESTIMENTO DE PELO MENOS REGIÕES PARCIAIS DA SUPERFÍCIE DE UM SUBSTRATO OU PARA PRODUÇÃO DE SUBSTRATOS COM UMA REGIÃO DE SUPERFÍCIE. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para revestimento de substratos com uma camada de material duro decorativa, que é realizado em uma câmara de revestimento a vácuo, sendo que a dita camada de material duro decorativa é depositada por meio de um processo de HIPIMS reativo, e sendo que o teor de energia nos pulsos de potência é regulado de tal modo que a camada depositada de material duro apresenta uma cor homogênea, um alto grau de lisura e uma alta dureza.
