resumo "junta telescópica habilitada com manga elastomérica para um “riser” de perfuração marinho". a presente invenção refere-se a uma junta telescópica para um “riser” de perfuração marinho que tem um cilindro externo e um cilindro interno definindo um lúmen central para a passagem de uma coluna do tubo de perfuração. o cilindro interno é recebido dentro do cilindro externo e existe um ajuste de folga entre os cilindros para deslizamento do cilindro interno com relação ao cilindro externo en-quanto mantendo uma relação coaxial entre os cilindros. uma membrana elastomé-rica rolante tubular é disposta dentro do cilindro externo e tem uma extremidade pre-sa em uma circunferência externa do cilindro interno e a outra extremidade presa na circunferência interna do cilindro externo para vedar o fluido de perfuração dentro do lúmen central. à medida que o cilindro interno desliza com relação ao cilindro externo, a membrana elastomérica rola com relação ao cilindro interno e ao cilindro externo, de modo que o desgaste da vedação devido à abrasão é eliminado.
