Abstract

a presente invenção diz respeito a um compensador rotativo integrado livre de vazamentos e resistente a altas pressões, compreendendo um tubo interno, uma luva externa, um tubo de ligação e um flange de enchimento. a luva externa é inserida no tubo interno. uma extremidade do tubo interno passa através da luva externa e é inserida no tubo de ligação. o flange de enchimento é inserido no tubo interno, com uma extremidade se estendendo para dentro da luva externa. a luva externa é fornecida com uma projeção interna anular na superfície interna. o enchimento de vedação é disposto entre a projeção anular interna e uma extremidade do flange de enchimento estendendo-se para dentro da luva externa. a luva externa e o tubo de ligação são integralmente moldados para formar uma estrutura integrada. uma placa de impacto é disposta entre o enchimento de vedação e a projeção anular interna. camadas de fibra de carbono resistente ao desgaste são respectivamente dispostas entre o enchimento de vedação e a superfície externa do tubo interno e entre o enchimento de vedação e a superfície interna da luva externa. esta invenção soluciona completamente os problemas de difícil operação de detecção de falhas em soldas e até mesmo o fracasso de realizar a detecção devido ao modo de solda existente. entretanto, a configuração das camadas de fibra de carbono resistente ao desgaste e a placa de impacto pode reduzir eficazmente as perdas de materiais de vedação, reforçando assim a capacidade de vedação de todo o compensador rotativo.
