Abstract
resumo sialidase mutante com atividade trans-sialidase, para uso em produção de glicanos sialilados a invenção proporciona uma enzima mutante tendo atividade de trans-sialidase (ce l.18 3.2.), caracterizado por uma trans-sialidase reforçada: rácio de sialidase, quando comparado com a sua enzima sialidase pai. além disso, a enzima pode ser utilizada num método para mono sialylating trans e oligo-sacáridos, incluindo galacto-oligossacidos (gos), fruto-oligossacáridos (fos), malto-oligosac-charides (mos), isomalto-oligossacáridos (imo), lactulose, a melibiose, a maltose, a sacarose glicosilo, lactosacarose e fucose. trans-si-alidade mono e oligo-sacarídeos, produzidos com a enzima mutante, são úteis na preparação de fórmulas para lactentes, um suplemento nutricional prebiótico, e um suplemento alimentar. 1/1
