resumo patente de invenção: "método para remover contaminantes bacterianos de solução sacarificada e sistema de fermentação". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para remover contaminantes bacterianos de uma solução sacarificada, por meio do qual se torna possível evitar a proliferação de bactérias em um vaso de fermentação sem exigir o uso de um antibiótico na fermentação alcoólica de uma solução sacarificada de biomassa com o uso de levedura convencional; e um sistema de fermentação que é adequado para a implantação do método para remover contaminantes bacterianos de uma solução sacarificada. no método de remoção de contaminantes bacterianos e no sistema de fermentação de acordo a presente invenção, a separação grosseira, que é um procedimento para extrair uma solução sacarificada (uma solução de fermentação) de um tanque de fermentação e, então, coletar a levedura da solução sacarificada, é executada. posteriormente, a separação fina, que é um procedimento para remover os contaminantes bacterianos da solução sacarificada da qual a levedura foi separada, é executada. dessa maneira, somente os contaminantes bacterianos podem ser removidos da solução sacarificada enquanto a levedura é coletada.
