Abstract
resumo "biorrefinação de talóleo bruto" a presente invenção revela um processo para pré-tratamento de um talóleo bruto (cto - crude tall oil) para remoção de impurezas. o processo compreende uma primeira etapa de pré-tratamento envolvendo uma lavagem de cto e uma separação de uma primeira fase de óleo compreendendo cto refinado e uma fase aquosa que contém impurezas, e uma segunda etapa envolvendo a separação de uma segunda fase de óleo da fase aquosa. um processo para refinar talóleo bruto é também revelado. o processo compreende o fracionamento a vácuo de um cto refinado resultando em ao menos uma corrente de diesel de talóleo refinado (rtd - refined tall diesel) ou de ácidos graxos de talóleo (tofa - tall oil fatty acids) e ao menos uma corrente de ácidos de resina (ra - resin acids). a corrente de rtd ou tofa é desoxigenada formando compostos de hidrocarbonetos em uma etapa subsequente. esta invenção também se refere a um diesel de talóleo refinado. além disso, é descrito um processo para a produção de uma composição de diesel de talóleo refinado (rtd) com baixa densidade, em que é adicionada terebentina de sulfato bruto (cst - crude sulphate turpentine) à composição de diesel de talóleo refinado (rtd).
