resumo caroteno hidroxilase e seu uso para produzir carotenoides a presente invenção refere-se a uma hidroxilase inovadora, codificação de sequência de ácidos nucleicos, portanto, construções e vetores de expressão que compreendem essa sequência, microrganismos transformados com a mesma, processos para a hidroxilação microbiológica de isoprenoides, por exemplo, processos para converter betacaroteno em beta-criptoxantina e zeaxantina, cantaxantina em astaxantina.
