resumo patente de invenção: "composições de sabor com sabor e prazo de validade do sabor melhorados". a presente invenção refere-se uma nova composição de sabor para modular o sabor de um produto nutricional, compreendendo uma mistura de um aminoácido único e poliol alcano úmido, em que um aminoácido único é selecionado a partir do grupo que consiste em ornitina, lisina, glicina, alanina, glutamato monossódico, histidina, treonina, fenilalanina, tirosina, serina, metionina, arginina, ácido glutâmico e cisteína. a presente invenção também refere-se ao uso de uma tal composição de sabor para modular o sabor e/ou prazo de validade do sabor de um produto nutricional, o processo para a preparação de uma tal composição e sabor de um produto nutritivo compreendendo uma tal composição de sabor.
