Abstract

Una composición saborizante para modular el saborizante de un producto nutricional, que comprende una mezcla de un aminoácido simple y alcanopoliol húmedo, en donde el aminoácido simple está seleccionado del grupo que consiste en ornitina, lisina, glicina, alanina, glutamato monosódico, histidina, treonina, fenilalanina, tirosina, sen, metionina, arginina, ácido glutámico y cisteína. También el uso de tal composición saborizante para modular el saborizante y/o vida útil del saborizante de un producto nutricional, el proceso para preparar tal composición saborizante y un producto nutricional que comprende tal composición saborizante con preferencia, el producto nutricional es un producto de panadería. Reivindicación 2: Composición saborizante de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizada: porque el alcanopoliol húmedo está seleccionado del grupo que consiste en glicerol húmedo, sorbitol húmedo, xilitol húmedo, eritnitol húmedo, propano-1,2-diol húmedo, etano-1,2-diol húmedo, con mayor preferencia, del grupo que consiste en glicerol húmedo, sorbitol húmedo, propano-1,2-diol húmedo y etano-1,2-diol húmedo y, con máxima preferencia, glicerol húmedo.
