resumo “processo contínuo para preparar um laminado de espuma tendo folhas de revestimento metálicas e painel de isolamento” é descrito um processo contínuo para preparar painéis de isolamento tendo painéis de revestimento metálico com 0,2 mm a 1 mm de espessura e um núcleo de espuma polimérica reforçada. no processo, um painel de revestimento metálico inferior é continuamente suprido. uma manta de fibras de reforço e uma composição de resina espumável são aplicadas ao painel de revestimento inferior. uma camada barreira flexível é aplicada em cima da composição de resina espumável e o conjunto é passado por cilindros de compressão para comprimir o conjunto e forçar a composição de resina para dentro da manta de fibras. uma camada adesiva e uma camada de revestimento metálica superior são então aplicadas no topo da camada barreira flexível, e o conjunto resultante é calibrado e curado, passando-se o mesmo por um laminador de dupla banda. 1/1
