Description

LACQUERED DECORATIVE METAL COMPOSITE PANEL
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for producing lacquered decorative metal composite panel used in interior decoration, outdoor decoration and siding applications, in special interior and outdoor furniture as well as a signboard for advertising purposes.
The present invention particularly relates to a method for producing lacquered decorative metal composite panel, wherein said method comprises the process steps of; obtaining composite panel having thin metal sheets (aluminum, steel, etc.) and containing polymeric foam therebetween, performing mechanical weathering on the composite panel in order to increase the adhesive strength thereof, and subsequently cleaning it with a special solution, applying special adhesive primer to the surface in the UV-Lacquer line after cleaning, printing color, pattern or custom design printing decided to be produced on the primer applied surface, applying glossy or matte protection lacquer to printed surface in lacquer line.
STATE OF THE ART
Diversity of humankind's demands increases gradually due to ever-growing human population. People attach particular importance to the production and preference of products which reflect their own distinctive characteristics in terms of factors that affect themselves directly during the stages of development. Said factors which affect human life directly may be defined as the entirety of products involving living spaces of humans. In addition to products that involve living spaces of humans, quality as well as the diversity of products constituting direct living spaces evenly rise to prominence. Nowadays, research and development activities continue especially for exterior and interior siding applications as well as for applications carried out on fire doors, elevators, suspended ceilings, boats, ships, etc.
In the state of the art, similar products utilized in indoors remain insufficient against humidity and effects of external environment. Moreover, these are also heavier. Plates utilized for outdoor applications in the state of the art lack necessary abundance in terms of visual aspects. Furthermore, these plates do not have necessary protection features demanded both in glossy and matte forms. Additionally, they lack output elasticity.
Consequently, the requirement for a method for producing a lacquered decorative metal composite panel that is both affordable and practical, and with visual quality, as well as the insufficiency of available solutions in this regard necessitated making an improvement in related technical field in order to provide a solution for aforementioned problems in the state of the art.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for producing lacquered decorative metal composite panel which is developed through the inspiration granted by present condition and aims to eliminate aforementioned disadvantages, and used in interior decoration, outdoor decoration and siding applications, in special interior and outdoor furniture as well as a signboard for advertising purposes.
The most important object of the present invention is to provide high humidity resistance as well as stability for surface quality in indoor applications. The present invention further provides visual richness and different surface effect options such as glossy or matte which are lacking in the state of the art.
Another object of the present invention is to meet even the smallest of demands without any incremental costs and in a problem-free manner by means of the output elasticity.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide lightness as the greatest advantage against other materials, in addition to providing visual richness and color assortment.
The present invention, at its current state and with the simple method thereof, shall provide benefits to the economy, thereby achieving a commercial success. Yet another object of the present invention is to ensure that it has low costs and production times.
Structural and characteristic features of the present invention as well as all advantages thereof shall be understood more clearly through pending figures and the detailed description provided by making references thereto, therefore the necessary assessment should be conducted by taking said figures and the detailed description into consideration.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Detailed description provided herein relates to a method for producing lacquered decorative metal composite panel used in interior decoration, outdoor decoration and siding applications, in special interior and outdoor furniture as well as a signboard for advertising purposes.
Figure 1 and Figure 2 illustrate the inventive lacquered decorative metal composite panel production method. In the present invention, the composite panel (10) which is cladded with metal (aluminum, steel, etc.) with a predetermined thickness, is subjected to a mechanical weathering operation by means of surface weathering rollers in order to provide a higher surface quality and better surface adherence strength. Said surface is cleaned with a special solution immediately after said weathering operation. Subsequently, adhesive primer (20) application is carried out which ensures that a selected pattern, color or visual design gets adhered to the surface. Predetermined color, pattern or visual printing (30) which provides visual richness and diversity with all kinds of hue, pattern and design is applied to primed surface. In the final stage, matte or glossy protection lacquer (40) is applied to the printed surface in order to ensure that said surface is protected against external factors such as impacts, chemicals, humidity and heat as well as to add visual appeal thereto.
The present invention is a lacquered decorative metal composite panel production method which is developed in order to accomplish all objects that may emerge following the detailed description provided above, wherein said method comprises the process steps of; obtaining composite panel (10) cladded with thin metal sheets (aluminum, steel, etc.) on the outside and containing polymeric foam therebetween, performing mechanical weathering on the composite panel (10) in order to increase the adhesive strength thereof and subsequently cleaning it with a special solution, applying special adhesive primer (20) to the surface in the UV-Lacquer line after cleaning, printing color, pattern or custom design printing (30) decided to be produced on the primer (20) applied surface, applying glossy or matte protection lacquer (40) to printed surface in lacquer line.
Protection scope of the present application is specified in the pending patent claims and the present invention cannot be construed to be limited with aforementioned details disclosed solely for illustrative purposes, accordingly it is evident that a person who is skilled in the related art may set forth the novelty disclosed in the present invention by using similar embodiments and/or may implement said embodiment in other fields of similar intentions used the state of the art. Therefore, it is apparent that such embodiments shall be lacking the novelty criteria and particularly the criteria of surpassing the state of the art.

Claims

1- A method for producing lacquered decorative metal composite panel used in interior decoration, outdoor decoration and siding applications, in special interior and outdoor furniture as well as a signboard for advertising purposes characterized in that, it comprises the process steps of; obtaining composite panel (10) cladded with thin metal sheets (aluminum, steel, etc.) on the outside and containing polymeric foam therebetween, - performing mechanical weathering on the composite panel (10) in order to increase the adhesive strength thereof and subsequently cleaning it with a special solution, applying special adhesive primer (20) to the surface in the UV-Lacquer line after cleaning, - printing color, pattern or custom design printing (30) decided to be produced on the primer (20) applied surface, applying glossy or matte protection lacquer to printed surface in lacquer line.
