resumo cepas mutantes da espécie raoultella planticola, método com viabilidade industrial para a transformação biotecnológica de glicerol a 2,3-butanodiol, e método de obtenção de cepas mutantes da espécie r. planticola processo para a produção de 2,3-butanodiol mediante cepas aperfeiçoadas de raoultella planticola, refere-se a novas cepas mutantes obtidas por mutagênese aleatoriamente a partir da espécie bacteriana raoultella planticola cect843 com capacidade produtora industrial de 2,3-butanodiol a partir de glicerol. a presente invenção refere-se preferentemente às cepas de rauoltella planticola denominadas ia1 e iiia3, e depositadas na coleção espanhola de cultivos tipo (cect) com o nº de depósito cect8158 (correspondente à cepa denominada, ia1) e cect8159 (correspondente à cepa denominada, iiia3). a presente invenção refere-se igualmente a um processo de obtenção de 2,3-butanodiol a partir de glicerol mediante um processo biotecnológico utilizando as novas cepas da invenção. 1/1
