resumo patente de invenção: "método e aparelho para assepticamente dosear e preparar materiais alimentícios". a presente invenção refere-se a um método e aparelho de produção de produtos alimentícios líquidos estéreis. o método compreende as etapas de: assepticamente esterilizar os materiais alimentícios sensíveis ao calor, utilizando um filtro estéril; encher um recipiente asséptico possuindo um elemento de plástico com os materiais sensíveis ao calor esterilizados; esterilizar a quente os materiais alimentícios não sensíveis ao calor, utilizando um processo de esterilização em uma linha de produção; conectar o recipiente asséptico preenchido à linha de produtos usando um isolante térmico que cria uma conexão estéril entre o elemento de plástico do recipiente asséptico e um caminho de escoamento de fluido para dentro da linha de produção; alimentar os materiais alimentícios sensíveis ao calor esterilizados através de uma válvula de doseamento e misturar o material alimentício sensível ao calor esterilizado com os materiais alimentícios sensíveis ao calor, que não tenham sido esterilizados; e encher um segundo recipiente com a mistura.
