resumo patente de invenção: "dispositivo de codificação de previsão de vídeo, método de codificação de previsão de vídeo, programa de codificação de previsão de vídeo, dispositivo de decodificação de previsão de vídeo, método de decodificação de previsão de vídeo e programa de decodificação preditiva de vídeo". o propósito da presente invenção é utilizar eficientemente memória de armazenamento temporário de imagem aprimorando a codificação por determinação de número de imagens de reprodução, capazes de serem armazenadas com base no tamanho de quadro. o dispositivo de codificação de previsão de vídeo é equipado com meio de armazenamento de imagem reconstituindo dados de imagem comprimida em imagem de reprodução e armazenando-as como de referência para codificar subsequentes. o dispositivo de codificação de previsão de vídeo também é equipado com meio que controla memória de quadro no de armazenamento de imagem. o meio de controle de memória determina número máximo de imagens de reprodução capazes de serem armazenadas na memória de quadro a ser multiplicado por 2l (l, inteiro maior ou igual a 1) quando o tamanho de quadro para imagens de entrada, na relação do tamanho de quadro máximo para imagens, for menor ou igual a 1/2l.
