Abstract

pilar protético dobrável e método de adaptação angular. refere-se a presente invenção a um pilar protético dobrável e respectivo método de adaptação angular, pertencente ao campo de implantodontia dental, sendo dito método definido particularmente por um processo de dobra personalizado, que auxilia o cirurgião-dentista e/ou técnico em prótese dental, a orientar a parte aérea do pilar para uma inclinação que seja favorável à instalação da futura coroa protética. em uma forma construtiva particular, um modelo de pilar protético definitivo, compreende um primeiro segmento de guia e ancoragem (1), seguido de uma região de conexão (2) a um implante, compreendendo uma zona de sacrifício e ancoragem (3), seguida de uma região de estreitamento (4) na terça parte inferior para adaptação angular; e a partir desta, uma porção de assentamento e fixação (5) de uma prótese (não ilustrada). em uma realização particular, a operação de dobra é realizada através de um método de adaptação angular de um modelo de pilar protético definitivo, envolvendo um dispositivo angulador (d); um pilar de referência (r) de material plástico de fácil dobramento, e de geometria similar a um pilar protético definitivo; uma capa protetiva (31 ou 32) a ser acoplada na porção de assentamento e fixação (5) da prótese (não ilustrada) de um pilar definitivo.
