resumo patente de invenção: “circuito de detecção digital para sinal de pulso secundário a ser monitorado quanto à queda de pulso com auxílio de sinal de pulso primário”. a invenção refere-se a um circuito de detecção (100) digital para um sinal de pulso secundário (204) a ser monitorado quanto à queda de pulso, com auxílio de um sinal de pulso primário (202), com um flipflop (102), o qual apresenta uma entrada de pulso (108), uma entrada de dados (106), uma saída q (110) e uma entrada de reset (112), e com um contador de n bites (104), o qual apresenta uma entrada de pulso (114), uma entrada de reset (128) e uma saída do valor de contagem (116). o circuito de detecção digital de acordo com a invenção deve evitar, por um lado, alcançar estados metaestáveis e, por outro lado, detectar múltiplas trocas de estado do sinal de pulso secundário (204) dentro de um tempo de ciclo e, com isso, ser apropriado para a operação de unidades de construção relevantes para a segurança, que também possam ser empregadas em usinas de energia nuclear.
