Abstract
APARELHO PARA PIRÓLISE DE MATERIAIS HIDROCARBONÁCEOS E PROCESSO DE PIRÓLISE PARA A CONVERSÃO DE MATERIAIS HIDROCARBONÁCEOS. Aparelho e método para pirólise de materiais hidrocarbonáceos para produzir produtos de vapor e sólidos úteis compreendendo um reator linear de forma geralmente cilíndrica, possuindo meios do tipo parafuso para o transporte de materiais hidrocarbonáceos através do referido reator, meios para alimentar e aquecer os referidos materiais hidrocarbonáceos, por meio dos quais eles são processados e pirolisados para produzir produtos de vapor e sólidos, meios para remover os produtos de vapor a partir dos referidos materiais hidrocarbonáceos processados, meios para remover os produtos sólidos, meios pelos quais os referidos materiais hidrocarbonáceos são mantidos dentro de uma zona durante uma faixa de tempos de residência definidos; meios para rotacionar o referido parafuso; que tem uma pluralidade de configurações de passo para comprimir, e para fundir os referidos materiais hidrocarbonáceos para a conversão deles de um sólido a um líquido, para a mistura, desestabilização e desalogenação dos referidos materiais hidrocarbonáceos, para a pirólise dos referidos materiais hidrocarbonáceos, para a desvolatilização dos materiais hidrocarbonáceos pirolisados, e para a descarga dos produtos sólidos.
