Abstract

Aparat do pirolitycznego przekształcania odpadów poliolefinowych - w ciekłe produkty paliwowe, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera połączony z topielnikiem odpadów polietylenowych przez filtr dwubiegowy na wyjściu z topielnika, poziomy reaktor, który ma ścianki o kształcie cylindrycznym, wyposażony w środki do zewnętrznego, przeponowego ogrzewania elektrycznego lub płomieniowego, wewnątrz tego reaktora znajduje się mieszadło połączone ze skrobakiem a do tego reaktora dołączony jest ekstraktor osadów taki, że po jego wewnętrznej stronie nad powierzchnią jego ścianek znajduje się dopasowany wstęgowy skrobak (72) do usuwania osadów gromadzących się na powierzchni reaktora, rynnę ociekową do zagęszczania osadów wyrzucanych z reaktora i tłokowy zgarniak (75) do usuwania osadów z wnętrza reaktora współpracujący ze śluzą (73) zapewniając szczelność reaktora, reaktor jest wyposażony w zasilacz w stopiony polimer z dozownikiem a aparat zawiera także chłodnicę do kondensacji produktów ze strefowym chłodzeniem.
