Abstract
REFEIÇÃO PARA TESTE DE TOLERÂNCIA A TRIGLICERÍDEO. A refeição para o teste de tolerância a triglicerídeo que propomos contém uma proporção padronizada de 75 g de gordura saturada, 25 g de carboidratos e 10 g de proteínas. A refeição para o teste de tolerância a triglicerídeo é caracterizada por estar na forma de pó que pode ser dissolvida em água para formar uma bebida ou mousse - doce ou salgada - que o paciente pode consumir sem a necessidade de estar hospitalizado.
